Once contact is made we make an appointment to visit your premises and conduct a site survey.

Before this appointment you may wish to take advantage of the “Sign Assistant” in the menu section of the website. This is designed to help you decide the type of sign or display that will be most appropriate for your business.

While at your premises we discuss your needs and expectations; offer design suggestions; show you examples of our previous projects and client feedback; take measurements and digital photos, and establish a budget for the project.

We then supply you a written quote based on the size and type of signage discussed. Up to this point there is no charge. On acceptance of our quotation a 50% deposit is required.

We design the signage or display and supply you with a digital mock-up of the proposed project. This includes a mock-up of how the actual sign will look in place on your premises if appropriate. The design is supplied as an emailed PDF file or colour laser print depending on your preference.

Our clients are then invited to respond to the proposal with any comments, design changes or alterations they would like to make. If any changes are necessary we re-design and re-issue for your approval.

We see the design process as vital to you receiving an end product you are 100% satisfied with. It allows you to visualise your sign before it’s installed and iron out any problems before we start production.

When the design is finalised we give you a time line for production. If there are any unforseen issues that arise during production we will keep you informed. If the project involves a long production time we will give you progress reports and invite you to drop by our workshop for an inspection.

Contact will be made prior to installation to arrange a time that suits you. We install the project in a professional manner with due regard to your premises.

The final payment is due on the day of installation or delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
